PROJECT DETAILS
Major regeneration scheme comprising a new shopping centre and 197 apartments, totalling 260,000ft2, for Grainger PLC. A contentious site above Seven Sisters underground station involving the demolition of 22 buildings within a Conservation Area and the re-provision of a Latin American market. No affordable housing was agreed following the submission of financial appraisals. The project involved complex negotiations with the GLA and planning permission was granted in 2011 and a Judicial Review against the scheme was finally rejected in 2013.
