Outline and Reserved Matters applications for a comprehensive mixed use development comprising up to 200 residential dwellings and 11,000m sq commercial floorspace for Country and Metropolitan Homes. Subsequent applications to vary S106 agreements on grounds of financial viability removed half of the affordable housing and nearly £1m in financial contributions. Currently under construction.
